The central principle of this work is inner union.
I define inner union as an expanded capacity to hold opposite ideas, beliefs, and sensations without collapse, judgement or fear. These inner dynamics express themselves through archetypes.

When true inner union is present, our authentic essence emerges. We become healthier, happier, and naturally draw more aligned people into our lives.

Over the course of working with thousands of people, I have observed and recorded consistent patterns that arise when fear is attached to certain archetypal expressions. Across gender and sexual orientation, the most commonly feared archetype is the Dark Feminine.

As a collective, we are waking up to our non-dual nature, yet fear-based beliefs continue to cause harm to the innocent.

My work is for those ready to wake up to who they truly are, to fully realize their gifts, and use them with integrity. I tend to work with artists, healers, and those in the medical and entertainment industries who sense they are here for something greater.

I am deeply grateful for my clinical education and I hold a simple truth at the center of my practice: people heal people. I believe in the power of a nervous system that is not afraid of its shadow and therefore can meet yours with stillness and clarity.
